Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery and Collection

Delivery Timing:
  • All items will be delivered on the day the event is booked for, ensuring that your event setup is seamless and timely.
Collection Timing:
  • We will collect the hired items the following day. The collection time will be coordinated with you to ensure minimal disruption.

When Will you know?:

  • We will issue the delivery and collection times via email several days prior to your event. This ensures that you are well-informed and can plan accordingly.

Mandatory Presence at Delivery and Collection:

  • It is compulsory for there to be an appointed point of contact available on-site at the time of both drop-off and collection. This ensures that any immediate queries or concerns can be addressed and that the process is as smooth as possible.

Special Delivery Requests

  • Delivery a Day Prior to the Event:
    • For events requiring delivery a day before the scheduled event, we offer this service with a 20% surcharge on the full booking value. This is to accommodate your scheduling needs effectively.
  • Same Day Collection:
    • If your event requires same-day collection of items, this must be specified in your initial booking request. We will make every effort to accommodate these requests, subject to our operational capabilities.

Surcharges and Payment

  • All surcharges will be clearly communicated and included in your total invoice at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Payment for any additional surcharges is required along with the final payment for the booking.

Damage and Liability

  • Post-Event Inspection: Our team will inspect the hired items post-collection for any damages.
  • Damage Liability: Clients are fully liable for the costs of repairs and making good any damages to the items.
  • Lost Business Compensation: Liability extends to cover any business lost due to the items being out of action.
  • Notification of Charges: A detailed invoice will be provided for any repair or lost business costs, requiring payment within a specified timeframe.
